Your Guides
Hi! I'm Danny and I'll be your main guide & co-host during your stay with West Highland Adventure Tours.
I am a qualified Winter and Summer Mountain Leader as well as a Rock Climbing Instructor and maintain an up-to-date Certificate in Outdoor First Aid.
As a mountaineer and rock climber I enjoy getting out in the mountains whenever I can and wherever they are. But it is the mountains, glens and lochs of Scotland which excite me and pique my interest the most - so much so that after increasingly frequent visits to the area I decided the best thing would be to move there and set up a base from which to operate guided treks and tours.
Glenmorven is that base and I believe it is the perfect place from which you can explore all that Lochaber has to offer, as well as giving you easy access to Skye, the North West Highlands and the Cairngorms.
My passion for the outdoors is what drives me to want to share it with other people: taking them to some of the many jaw-droppingly beautiful places in and around the mountains of the West Highlands, where you can stop and soak in the stunning views or perhaps be lucky enough to watch nature in action such as a pair of ospreys feeding their young, seals basking in the sun or maybe red squirrels at play.
